In November 2023, during the opening event of the “World of Frozen” area at Hong Kong Disneyland, Disney CEO Bob Iger personally excited global fans by revealing: Frozen 3 and Frozen 4 are being made in parallel!

At Disney’s biggest fan event โ โโD23 Expo โ fans were almost “heartbroken” when they heard the news: Anna, Elsa, Olaf and the kingdom of Arendelle will continue to return with two new films. And the reason is amazing: According to Creative Director Jennifer Lee, the story of Anna and Elsa is so vast and touching, that it needs… two films to tell it all!

Frozen 3 is set to be released on November 24, 2027. Part 4 doesnโt have an official release date yet, but Disney has confirmed that โFrozen 4 is in development.โ Fans will likely be able to immerse themselves in the frozen world again in 2028 or later.
